This is a basement wall

This fresh mud tube was formed in a few days. This basement wall is around 90 years old and has old cracks and peeling paint. The Sub Terranean Termite colony is in the ground outside this wall and is sending out scouts right through the wall trying to find wood to eat. These scout workers always cover their trails with mud to protect them from light and possible danger.

This colony will soon find the wood at the top of this wall and start to eat. If not for this visible mud tube, the colony could have gone undisturbed for many years and done major damage to this fine old house. We have a great solution for this type of home invasion. Give us a call.
