I just wanted to say thank you and to also thank Brent.  I called around 10:45 am after I found a swarm of flying ants in my mudroom and many more in my basement.  I was in a panic and Brent showed up at 11:45- only one hour later! 

 He explained the situation and calmed my nerves about what kind of ants they were, how they were getting in, and what he was going to do to control them.  He was great with my whole family- me, my dog and my energetic three year old!   It only took him a very short time to figure out where the nest was and to take care of the problem.

I have not been wanting to use an exterminator due to concerns about the health of my family and the environment. 

 I also would like to let you know that I called a different non-toxic exterminator a while ago.  After a very short time at my house, they told me I had termites and showed me the termite “nest”.

  Since then, I have done research and found out that the nest was a small amount of old concrete and we have no signs of mud tubes anywhere.  I had also never seen a flying ant of any kind- until this morning! 

 That company wanted to drill numerous holes into our 75 year old cedar siding that we just had repaired and painted.  They also wanted to charge us $4000 to do this! 

 The company also never found where the nest was (as Brent did in minutes) and showed me pictures of brown recluse spiders and other dangerous critters.  They claimed to be the only natural exterminator.  After this I decided to live with my little ants.

I am so glad I did my research and found your company.  I think there is a reason you are so highly rated .  I am so relieved to know what the problem is and how to solve it.  I also thank Brent for being so kind and comfortable to work with.  I will definitely call you in the future for my pest needs and tell others about your company!

Recently, my kitchen got an infestation of ants. I set several traps, which didn’t help. My last resort was to hire a pest control company, because I am leary of chemicals involved in the process.
